Black & Cream Componibili Stack by Anna Castelli Ferrieri for Kartell

NZ$0.00
sold out

Designer: Anna Castelli Ferrieri

Maker: Kartell - Italy

Year: 1970s

Size: H 1745 x D/W 420

Condition Report: Vintage condition. Surfaces show some scratching and marking inline with age. Some decent yellowing on the lighter pieces. Fully polished which hides blemishes well. Reach out for detailed images.

.

The Componibili Storage system was designed with function in mind. Completely modular, it was a breakthrough in how we think about storage to this day.

Priced together as a full stack, the lack of a cream lid meant a combination of black and cream elements into one tall storage tower. Unlike the narrower version, the 42cm Componibili’s are modular, allowing the personalisation of shelves or the ability to combine multiple pieces together, much like seen here. You can re-arrnage the layers and colours as you please.

Centred around simple geometric forms, the Componibili is as functional as it is beautiful, transitioning easily between closed hidden storage, and more open shelving, with the use of the sliding doors.

Vintage or new, let us know if you'd like us to track down another one.
