Surprisingly, this biomorphic footed design began life over 100 years ago. Originally crafted in plated silver back 1863 [yes 18], the playful form was reissued years later by Alessi in the late 90s. A homage to the original, that places it in a point in time where it feels very at home.
Produced in a number of colours, this green version is a tidy look, offering a great compact bowl for keys, coins, or used in the kitchen as was originally intended.
Produced for a short time only, it is now a sought after piece with an intriguing depth of history.
