A collaboration between two Italian greats, 2010 saw a wide range of lighting designed by fashion house Diesel, and produced by the well established lighting manufacturer Foscarini. The ‘Pett’ lamp is a highlight of the collection.
A table lamp with strong personality, channelling bold industrial forms that somehow feel as though they have had a long life already. Reminiscent of cast metal, the shades are actually constructed in moulded plastic, which allows for vertical adjustment while ensuring a grounded balanced structure.
The 4 footed base echoes the claws of a bird of prey, finished with custom rubber feet.
Diesels branding can be seen on a small metal plate at the rear of the shade.
