Designed in 1967, by brothers Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni for Kartell. The ‘Rochetto’ table was a huge success in ABS plastic design, seeing the use of 2 identical halves come together to create a bold and sculptural form that is balanced in both beauty and function.
The coffee table was produced in more limited numbers compared with the Rochetto stools we have had previously. Using the same 2 piece construction for the base, the larger top slots into the opening for a firm and stable surface.
A great scale, the table lends itself to a range of uses in a contemporary lounge setting from coffee table to side table, and perfect for use both inside and outside.
