The Strips Table Lamp, named because of the strips of plastic that horizontally circle the lamp, is beautiful balance of new materials from the time and the exploration of their uses.
Initially designed with mass production in mind, the lamp is constructed of a number of different flat pieces, that when assembled create a stunning form which appears to hover over the table.
This version, produced by the original maker Quality Systems, was brand new in the box and has only just seen the light of day for assembly. The strips have a soft beige colour which look stunning when the lamp is off, and even more so when glowing.
